I recently went in for maintenance, and the service was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I called to set up my appointment, to my arrival, and all the way through picking up my car once the service was completed, everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and helpful. The entire experience was smooth and stress‑free. No complaints at all — highly recommend!

Barry Fox was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle. He answered all our questions and provided a lot of information on different aspects of the car. He gave helpful guidance on the current car inventory models and also the incoming new model changes. He is a very good tech teacher. Never pushy or rushed. I will feel comfortable to go back to him if I have any questions about using the car features.

I would recommend Barry Fox, very knowledgeable about the car and was not pushy. The entire staff was good. Financing came across more in a rush and not real transparent about added coverage

We had a great experience. Andrew was upfront and honest with all of our discussions. He was patient in looking for what we wanted, without any pressure and very knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at. We have never had such a great experience with a dealership until now. Andrew even helped us set up the app and vehicle with our phones. The reason for 4 instead of 5 starts was, they did get the price we were looking for but took the maintance package out of the deal without mentioning that's how we reached the price we wanted. That was a little disappointing.

Went to look at a used car in their inventory and was met by the best, non aggressive service I have ever experienced in buying a car. I was treated like a friend after introduction and given free roam around the vehicle I was looking at. Questions answered, drive was lenient, and purchase process was smooth. Andrew is the salesman you really wish you could encounter when car shopping. On top of all that, they are completely supportive of veterans/first responders and spent extra effort to ensure I could get the lowest rate possible. They also set you up with further care care so you can keep your vehicle protected. I will give full referral to any of my friends/acquaintances looking to buy a car.

This is an awesome place for Toyota parts. They answer the phone when you call. Not automated like another toyota place like called. Listened to what I needed over the phone and put it on hold for me to pick it up in 45 minutes. So grateful , and in the past , if it wasn't in stock they would get it in quickly. The guy in parts department was quick and knowledgeable. Thank you
